Effective date: July 28, 2026

MyNCE (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) is a study application for the National Counselor Examination (NCE). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

How We Use Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service Providers

We rely on the following providers to operate the app:

These providers process data on our behalf and are subject to their own privacy policies.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app: open your profile (tap your avatar on the Home screen) → Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your account and study data from our systems. Some records may persist briefly in backups before being overwritten.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and Google Firebase’s security infrastructure, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

MyNCE is intended for counseling students and professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Choices
